A student finishes middle school and heads to high school to finish the last portion of their twelve-year education. However, preparations for graduation are done during this time, which includes planning the future. Part of that planning is getting the first job, deciding whether to go to college or learning a trade. The Mentorship Service assists high school students from freshman to senior year with early job/career training and shadowing programs to educate them on building a resume of diverse work or volunteer experience. Extracurricular and volunteer work are included as part of the mentorship experience. If the student gets paid, they can use their paycheck to plan for their future. NOTE: This service will have minors involved, you must have background checks done and read the child labor laws to make sure the teen does not go over the number of hours required before turning eighteen.

Do you offer early bird specials for middle school students?
Yes, early bird specials are available for middle school students ages 13 and 14 in 7th and 8th grade—but only for select workshop and volunteer programs.

Standard Fee:
- $300 per student This fee applies to high schools seeking to provide mentorship opportunities through A.I.M.E. The fee covers the costs associated with coordinating and managing mentorship placements, including pairing students with experienced professionals, offering necessary resources, and providing administrative support to ensure a valuable and supportive mentorship experience for each student.
Nonprofit Discounted Fee:
- $100 per student A.I.M.E. offers a discounted fee for nonprofit high schools to facilitate greater access to mentorship opportunities. This reduced rate acknowledges the financial limitations of nonprofit institutions while still covering essential costs related to the mentorship program, such as coordination, resource allocation, and administrative oversight.
