The purpose is for students to receive training in the field they are studying in school. Once the internship is complete, the goal is for the student to have some experience on their resume to get employed in their future career. This service connects companies and small businesses to various colleges and universities to find interns for training and future employment.

Do you assist young adults post college education?

Yes, this program supports young adults ages 26 to 29 who have completed their college or university education and are seeking hands-on experience through internships and job shadowing opportunities before entering the workforce.

Standard Fee:

  • $300 per student
    This fee applies to businesses, educational institutions, and other organizations that wish to provide internship opportunities through A.I.M.E. The fee covers the costs associated with coordinating and managing internship placements, including liaising with industry professionals, offering necessary resources, and providing administrative support to ensure a comprehensive and enriching internship experience for each student.

Nonprofit Discounted Fee:

  • $100 per student
    A.I.M.E. offers a discounted fee for nonprofit organizations to facilitate broader access to internship opportunities. This reduced rate acknowledges the budgetary constraints of nonprofit entities while covering essential costs related to the internship program, such as coordination, resource allocation, and administrative support.

Students will be able to connect with A.I.M.E. for job, internship, and apprenticeship opportunities by searching for our organization on their campus career platforms in the future:

  • On Symplicity:
    Log into your school’s Symplicity portal, go to the Employers or Jobs tab, and search for “A.I.M.E.” Look for postings and events listed under our profile in the future.
  • On Handshake:
    Visit joinhandshake.com and log in with your student credentials. In the Employers section or the Jobs search bar, type “A.I.M.E.” to view our active listings, events, and organization profile in the future.
