A student may not want to work under someone or has a desire to start their own business. This service gives students that extra lending hand in learning how to start a business. The entrepreneurial journey begins with getting acquainted with small business owners, business coaches, and financial planners to assist students in getting connected. Frequent visits to networking events and business seminars are required for the individual as part of the entrepreneurial experience. The goal is for students to be successful entrepreneurs before turning thirty.

What schools or programs are eligible for this service?

All schools such as high school, college, and vocational-trade schools are eligible. However, each student must be majoring in a business program or receiving coaching from a business professional. For high school students, a business coach or teacher that is training the student in entrepreneurialism is eligible for this service. College students majoring in business, economics, financing, and marketing can request services. Lastly, students who are learning a trade can benefit from this service by learning how to start a business dealing with their trade skills.

Yes, this program offers entrepreneurship education for both middle school students ages 13 and 14 in 7th and 8th grade—through workshop and volunteer programs only—and for young adults ages 26 to 29 who have completed college, university, vocational, trade, or technical education.

  • $300 per student This fee applies to businesses, educational institutions, and other organizations that wish to provide entrepreneurship education through A.I.M.E. The fee covers the costs associated with delivering entrepreneurship training, including workshops, access to business mentors, resource materials, and administrative support to ensure a comprehensive learning experience for aspiring young entrepreneurs.

Nonprofit Discounted Fee:

  • $100 per student A.I.M.E. offers a discounted fee for nonprofit organizations to make entrepreneurship education more accessible. This reduced rate acknowledges the budgetary constraints of nonprofit entities while still covering essential costs related to the program, such as coordination of training sessions, resource provision, and administrative oversight.
