History

Organization History
A.I.M.E. began as an internship program run by BKWeb Media from 2021 to 2022, created by Brandon Kelly to provide students with hands-on experience in media and digital fields. Following its success, A.I.M.E. was established in fall 2022 as a nonprofit to expand access to apprenticeships, internships, and career exploration opportunities.
Generational History
Millennials have faced high job turnover and low workplace engagement, while Gen Z continues to navigate unemployment, skill gaps, and changing expectations around work. Looking ahead, Gen Alpha will enter a workforce shaped by rapid technological change and evolving skill demands. Together, these trends highlight the growing need for early career exposure, skill development, and stronger pathways from education to employment.
Personal History
After experiencing career stagnation despite strong skills, Brandon Kelly turned to entrepreneurship, launching BKWeb Productions and later creating A.I.M.E. His journey through financial uncertainty and an unpredictable job market shaped a mission to help students and young professionals access mentorship, hands-on experience, and career opportunities.

Future Growth
A.I.M.E. is building strong partnerships with schools, businesses, and communities to expand career readiness through internships, mentorships, and workforce initiatives. As job markets evolve, we continue adapting by integrating new technologies and pathways to support future generations. Your support helps bridge the gap between education and employment, empowering students from all backgrounds to succeed.
